Q: What is a
group?
A:
Generally a group consists of 20 or
more tickets purchased to a specific event performance, but this may
vary depending on the event, type of group, or special circumstances
pertaining to the group's needs. Always feel free to ask about
any possible special circumstances.
Q: How do I book a
group?
A: Simply call our office at (847) 891-8916 to make a
reservation. We'll ask for information regarding which
performance you want to attend, how many tickets you want to reserve
and at what price level. We'll need your group name, contact
person's name, mailing address and phone number(s). At the
time of your call, we'll discuss any particulars regarding the event
you are booking for: deposits due (if any), deadline dates,
handling fees (if any), etc.
Q: I am a large
company...do you have any special offers I can provide to my
employees?
A: Sign up for our Perks Program which allows your employees to
order discounted, priority tickets for many of the events we
represent. This added employee incentive will look GREAT on
your company's benefits portfolio! There is absolutely no cost
to you to participate in this program, and all that is required of
you is to get the word out to your employees (via posters, and/or
order forms which GSU provides) about each of the great offers that
are available! Just click on the CONTACT US and ask for a Perks Profile and,
if you qualify, we'll get you started on this wonderful program
right away! Other options would be to hold an employee
appreciation night, or client appreciation night (why not buy out a
whole performance and REALLY impress your clients!), or possibly
even a fundraiser night for your favorite charity...give us a call
and we can help you create the perfect outing!
Q: What form of payment
does Group Sales Unlimited accept?
A: Depending on the event, most major credit cards (Visa,
Mastercard, American Express, Discover) are accepted, as well as,
cash, check, and money orders.
Q: What is your privacy
policy regarding sensitive information?
A: Group Sales Unlimited, Inc. and its subsidiaries are
committed to safeguarding the personal information entrusted to us
by our clients. We manage your personal information with the
utmost care. The personal information we collect is only that
which we need for the purpose of providing services to our clients,
including personal information to:
- deliver requested services or products
- enroll a client in a program
- notify clients of upcoming events of
interest
- administer our Perks Program or GSU Discount
Tix Program
- inform events represented of your
participation and payment details
- follow up with clients to determine
satisfaction with services and products
Consent to use this information from you is
assumed when you volunteer to disclose this information to us (for
example, producing a credit card for a specific purchase when the
information will be used only to process the payment). Your
information is only used for the sole purpose for which the
information was collected, except as authorized by law, and is not
disclosed to any third party otherwise. Always feel free to contact us should you need more information
on this matter.
Q: What is the refund
policy?
A: Once tickets are paid for, all sales are final, no refunds or
exchanges. If a show requires a deposit, the deposit policy of
that show can be discussed when you make your reservation, or
will be clearly stated on the your Customer Confirmation you receive
in the mail. Most deposits are non-refundable, but are
transferable to future shows under certain circumstances. We
try to be extremely flexible regarding reservations for shows, as
long as the tickets have not been purchased. The key thing to
keep in mind is COMMUNICATION! If there is a possibility of
your group canceling an event, and tickets have not been been paid
for, keep us informed and we will work with you as best we
can.
Q: How do I receive my
tickets once I have paid for my group?
A: Delivery of your tickets can be arranged at the time of your
order. In most cases, with enough lead time, you will receive
your tickets in the mail...usually 7-10 days before the show.
In some situations, which will be discussed at the time of payment,
your tickets will be left at the Will Call window of the ticket
office for you to pick up. If you are unclear on the status of
your order, always feel free to call our office at (847) 891-8916,
Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm, and we will gladly give you an
update.

request. We'll add you to our mailing list to send you
information to the address you provide as it becomes
available. You can also join our GSU Discount Tix email alert
newsletter for periodic updates on upcoming events via

Q: How do I have Group
Sales Unlimited represent my event, attraction, or
facility?
A: GSU represents the best in group entertainment and as such
will consider each event on an individual basis. If you have
an entertainment event, attraction, or venue and wish for us to be

your needs.
