April 4th-6th, 2006- The Supporting Cast     Terrifically funny, this comedy is something you and all of your friends should enjoy!  Ellen, the wife of a successful author, has written a book about friends who are spouses of celebrities and what it's like to be married to somebody famous.  She has invited them to her villa on the beach to let them read advance copies of the book and to break the news to them gently that they are all depicted...warts and all!  Ellen's friends become furious after finding out their personal lives are to be in print...that is, until the news arrives that the book is to be made into a movie!  Soon they're changing their tune and get excited about which star will play them on the big screen.  12:00pm noon luncheon with show to follow.  $28.95 per person inclusive.

August 15th-17th, 2006-  A Coney Island Summer     The Milk Pail is going to the beach this summer and will be bringing along magnificent music from the always energetic and fun group, The Surfers!  Specializing in crystal clear acappella vocals, incredible musicianship on over dozens of different instruments, the amazing flaming drum show, and lots of summer-fun participation, this showband will bring back those special beach memories with tunes like, Still of the Night, Under the Boardwalk, Blue Moon, Unchained Melody, The Lion Sleeps Tonight, and so many more.  So bring your shades for a stupendously fun-filled day!  12:00pm noon luncheon with show to follow.  $30.95 per person inclusive.

October 24th-26th, 2006-  Murder at the Mansion     Come see how the "other half" dine, and die, as murder is on the menu for this gathering at the Hall Mansion.  Pretense Hall invited the world's greatest detectives to his home in order to assist him in finishing the ending to his book, The Perfect Crime.  Now the only ending that needs to be solved is his own murder!  Each table will compete to gather clues, hear witness testimonies, and race to figure out who-dunnit first!  You, as a detective, must question all of the suspects, including Montgomery Hall, Joe Monday, Barry Mason, and more in order to solve the crime and discover the truth!  We'll even give you a hint this time...the butler didn't do it!  12:00pm noon luncheon is interwoven with the murder mystery.  $30.95 per person inclusive.

January 21st, 2006-  The Luau Murder     Stay out of the cold this winter, and join us for a murder mystery delivered to you Hawaiian-style.  Lucky Luau has been poisoned at his very own birthday party!  Was it just bad pineapple?  No, Lucky has been murdered! (I guess Lucky wasn't so lucky after all.)  All of the guests at the party are suspects including Dan Ho, George Maui, May Tai, Ty Phoon, Rocky Lava and more.  You, as the detective, will have to hula your way amongst the clues in order to deduce who the culprit of this tropical disaster is.  7:00pm dinner interwoven with murder mystery.  $60.00 per person inclusive with group discounts for 10 or more.

February 11th, 2006-  Murder at the Mardi Gras     Jazzy is dead! (get it?)  Anyway, it's murder at Mardi Gras, Milk Pail style this February.  The owner of the Jazzman Club has been murdered.  He had been threatened that he would be dead by Fat Tuesday, and someone has lived up to that promise.  Who-dun-it in the Big Easy?  You'll have to be sharp and question all of the suspects including Carrie Flambeaux, Susan "Sugar" Kane, Tom Krewes, Dr. Dan DeLyon, Avery Mann, and more.  So join in on the parade, but make sure not to forget your beads or your detective skills...you'll need 'em for this one!  $60.00 per person inclusive with group discounts for 10 or more.

March 18th, 2006-  Un-Luck of the Irish     Spring is coming, the snow is melting, leprechauns are frolicking in forests, and a new murder has just taken place.  Bub Shenanigan, the great Irish entrepreneur, has been strangled, and not even his 4-leaf clover could save him from his horrid fate.  The destiny of a cereal empire is at stake!  Make sure to question all of the suspects including Blarney Stone, Irish Spring, Cleavus Clover, Barley O'Marley and others.  A perfect way to celebrate St. Patrick's Day with friends...a murder mystery full o' fun!  $60.00 per person inclusive with group discounts for 10 or more.

April 8th, 2006-  Death By Taxes     Something stinks at the Tom H. Rippemoffs accounting office, and for once it's not the 3-week-old danish.  His dead body has shown up in the lunch room freezer, the day before the deadline for tax filing!  Everyone in the office is a suspect, including his partner, Tuck M. Forwadsworth; his secretary, Anita Clue; his ex-wife, Susie Spendser; his wealthiest client, Ryan Moneymaker and many more.  The detectives are on a deadline and need your help to solve this very peculiar crime, or else Uncle Sam will be looking for them (literally, they haven't filed their taxes yet.)  So put that tax refund to good use and come out to The Milk Pail for some murderous, good fun!  $60.00 per person inclusive with group discounts for 10 or more.

May 6th, 2006-  Death in the Family     With Mother's Day next week, you certainly don't want to discover that there's been a "Death In The Family"...but, unfortunately you do, and Lucky Lasagna has been killed!  We'll have to talk to Rocco Ravioli, Mike Mostacolli, Carmen Cannolli, Guido Mozzarella, Petey Parmesan and the rest of the mob...er, I mean, family.  So bring your "mudder" to this special show (or youz guys might be wearin' a pair of cee-ment shoes!)  $60.00 per person inclusive with group discounts for 10 or more.

 

Radio City Christmas Spectacular featuring the Rockettes- (Rosemont Theatre, Rosemont, Illinois)

May 3rd-12th, 2006-  Juke Box Memories     Mike Williamson and Patte Armato Lund take you back to the years of the juke box in a non-stop revue of hits from the 40's and 50's.  Big Band era music includes The Jersey Bounce, Saturday Night Is The Loneliest Night, All Of Me, and many more.  They'll Rock Around The Clock with 50's classics by Perry Como, Andy Williams, Doris Day, Gogi Grant, the Ames Brothers, and Frankie Avalon.

May 31st-June 22nd, 2006-  Call Me Madam     This is one of Irving Berlin's most enchanting scores.  Ambassador Sally Adams, with slim credentials, is sent off to administer in the tiny duchy of Lichtenburg.  It's not long before her down-to-earth, typically undiplomatic manner has surprised and charmed the local gentry, especially the handsome Prince Minister.  Musical highlights include, The Hostess With The Mostes, On The Ball, It's A Lovely Day Today, and Marrying For Love.

June 28th & 29th, 2006-  Galaxy of Stars     Enjoy an afternoon with some of your favorite celebrities.  This ultimate one-man show, Chicago's own Frank Pisani, will entertain you with an array of comedy, impressions and music of your favorite stars such as George Burns, Jimmy Durante, Frank Sinatra, and Tony Bennett.

July 12th-27th, 2006-  The Queen of Bingo     Where can two sisters on the other side of 50, who want to add a little zest, fun and excitement to their lives, find it?  BINGO!  Sis is a good loser who just loves to play.  Babe is a player who must always win.  Sis is fit and trim.  Babe fights the battle of the bulge.  Sis is a widow.  Babe is looking for love.  Scottish Father Mac and these two sisters will keep you in stitches, and the audience gets their own chance to play a real game of bingo!

August 2nd-24th, 2006-  The Music Man     This all-time favorite follows a fast-talking traveling salesman, Harold Hill, as he cons the people of River City, Iowa into buying musical instruments and uniforms for the boys' band he vows to organize.  Enjoy the antics and music as Harold Hill transforms the town and the town transforms him.

August 29th-31st, 2006-  The Fountain of Youth     From Pete Fountain to Hoagy Carmichael, Benny Goodman to Ray Charles, Lance Brown (guitarist/vocalist) and Mike Levin (virtuoso of clarinet and saxophone) take you on a musical journey through the 20's, 30's and 40's.  They present a rollicking show of swingin' music and good clean humor.  These two seasoned professionals will move your body and tickle your funny bone.

September 6th-7th, 2006-  Gin Joints & Juke Boxes     Kate Rafferty and Ron Mills host a musical tour through the decades of American popular music.  From the speakeasy of the 30's and the Big Band hits of the 40's, to the nightclub scene of the 50's, these showbiz veterans will have you singing, laughing and having a great time with their music and trivia.

September 12th-15th, 2006-  A 1000 Laughs featuring Lynn Win Roberts     Come and enjoy Win's tribute to Bob Hope, Jack Benny, Red Skelton, Jimmy Durante and more.  Roberts, who hales from Phoenix, AZ, and is nationally known, also entertains musically, playing dozens of instruments.

September 20th-October 5th, 2006-  Wonder Women     Live, laugh, and listen to these wonderfully-witty, fully-grown females!  These divas are mature, not matronly; able, not addled; wise, not willowly; funny, not frumpy, and haven't been a size 2 since they were two...over 40 or even 50 or...years ago!  These talented ladies will sing from experience, joke from life lessons, and share strengths learned through a full life.  A show full of great music, movement, and fun female facts...quite simply, Wonderful Women!

October 11th-November 2nd, 2006-  Double Booked In Cabin 4     OOPS...two couples rent the same White Pines cabin for the same weekend!  Both couples decide to stay and "share" the room.  One couple is middle-aged and set in their ways and the other is young and free-wheeling.  The steady rat-a-tat-tat dialogue and the witty one-liners keep both couples (and the audience) in stitches as the fearless foursome bridge the cultural chasm and generation gap.

November 7th-17th, 2006-  Live At The Cabaret     Florida's Judy Alexander gives her tribute to the great singers...Garland, Streisand, Manelli, Sinatra, and more and their great songs...New York, New York, Send In The Clowns, Lady Is A Tramp, Second Hand Rose, Bill Bailey, Over The Rainbow, Cabaret and others.

November 28th-December 20th,2006-  Nuncrackers - The Nunsense Christmas Musical     By popular demand, the five crazy, zany nuns are back to do a TV special and the show is their annual Christmas program.  Of course, the show is filled with the traditional Nunsense sense of humor and one-liners along with some well-known Christmas carols. Ah-men!

November 30th-December 22nd, 2006-  SCROOGE- The Comedy     In the late 1800's, Charles Dickens wrote A Christmas Carol, a day in the life of a hateful, miserly, unfeeling skinflint named Ebeneezer Scrooge.  For the past 150 years, give or take, Scrooge has been cast as one of the great villains of literature...until now!  Since 1989, the White Pines Dinner Theatre has presented its version of this wily curmudgeon in a new light.  Oh, he's still cheap and miserly, but all that changes when he's visited by three spirits who show him the error of his ways.  If you've always thought of Ebeneezer Scrooge as a real meany, you must see SCROOGE - The Comedy!
